The Next Gen Ranger Raptor is often fitted with touring gear, accessories and towing setups that can quickly reduce available payload. While the vehicle is designed for off road performance, factory payload limits can still be reached once fully equipped.
This 3550kg Fusion GVM upgrade retains the factory FOX shock absorbers while upgrading the coil springs to increase load carrying capacity. It’s suited to vehicles carrying moderate constant load that want to maintain the Raptor’s factory ride characteristics, while gaining additional legal payload. This upgrade also allows for an increase in GCM where applicable, supporting higher combined vehicle and trailer weights.

Indicators
This vehicle requires Category 6 indicators due to a change from passenger to commercial classification. These are installed on the front guards as part of the upgrade.
Wheels
Pre-registration upgrades must be completed with factory wheels fitted.
Factory wheels meet the required specifications for this GVM upgrade.
Aftermarket wheels are permitted post-registration, provided they have a minimum load rating of 950kg and a wheel offset no more than ±25mm from factory.
Tyres
Factory tyres meet the required specifications for this GVM upgrade.

Compliance
This is an ADR-compliant and federally approved GVM upgrade. For federal approval, the kit must be installed prior to first registration. This pathway suits new vehicles and allows for a certified GVM & GCM increase from day one.
For registered vehicles, the upgrade must be certified by an Authorised Inspection Station. The vehicle must be in roadworthy condition and presented for inspection following installation. Our pricing covers the full process, including the modification application, inspection, and final approval permit.
Note: GCM increase is NOT available post registration for this vehicle. The Western Australian Government has indicated that post registration GCM upgrade for this vehicle may be approved in future. However, no implementation date has been confirmed. Lovells continues to work closely with the Department of Transport to progress this approval.
General Usage
This upgrade is designed for vehicles carrying increased constant loads. Ride quality may be firmer when unladen. The GVM upgrade kit must be installed by Ultimate 4WD, an approved Lovells GVM certifier, to ensure full compliance and a legally recognised upgrade.
