GVM Upgrade: Lovells 3805kg (Pre-rego)

The 3805kg is our most popular option for most travellers. When fitted to brand new vehicles, pre-registration, the approval is Federal which allows a GCM increase for this suspension kit.

GVM Upgrade: Lovells 4205kg Platinum (Pre-rego)

The 4205kg is for those travelling with larger vans and heavier loads. The suspension does a superb job of carrying these increased loads but travellers can expected a stiffer ride when unladen. When fitted to brand new vehicles, pre-registration, the approval is Federal which allows a GCM increase for this suspension kit.

Airbags: Airbag Man - Manual

Airbags are another popular option. These are known as a suspension helper. The bag sits inside the coil inside a protective bag. At low loads they are run at minimal pressures and do little, but at your heaviest loads they are inflated to keep your vehicle level which is important for stability, breaking and steering.

Our Manual option simply refers to the inflation and these have two tyre style valves fitted near your trailer hitch for adjusting pressure.

Airbags: Airbag Man - Onboard Control*

Our Onboard Control option simply refers to the inflation and these have a dual digital gauge and dual inflation/deflation pedals. We can only offer this system to those choosing one of our drawer systems as well as our electrical system with onboard compressor. The drawers are required for mounting the gauge and pedals and the compressor drives the onboard inflation.

Adjustable Panhard Rod: Roadsafe

A Panhard rod is a suspension link that provides lateral location of the axle. One end attaches to the vehicle and the other end attaches to the axle and with the ~50mm lift of a GVM upgrade the axle moves slightly to the left. An adjustable Panhard rod allows us to correct the suspension to OE alignment which can improve tyre wear and handling.

BTC Upgrade: Lovells 4000kg (Pre-rego with GVM Upgrade)

The Lovells 4000kg BTC Upgrade for Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series is an additional upgrade available to those with an existing Lovells GVM Upgrade. It increases the Braked Towing Capacity (BTC) of your vehicle from 3500kg to 4000kg.

Requirements

Can only be fitted in conjunction with Lovells 3805kg or 4205kg GVM Upgrade
Only available for new vehicles (Pre-Registration)
Fitment of the hitch to your caravan or boat is not included
Recommended for towing 3500kg to 4000kg loads
Maximum tow ball weight 400kg
