Braked towing capacity can become a limiting factor once the Ranger is set up for towing, even with a GVM upgrade in place. Factory limits often restrict what the vehicle can legally tow when combined with payload.
This 4000kg BTC upgrade is designed to increase the vehicle’s legal towing capacity where applicable, aligning with an upgraded GCM. It suits vehicles regularly towing caravans, trailers or work equipment where maintaining compliance across both payload and towing limits is required.
